GGE fabricates an emergency shelter made from HDPE using close tolerance injection molding. The basic structure is 12’ in length, 12’ in width, and 9’8” in wall height with an attached roof that has a 1’ pitch. When shipped, the unit comes completely operational including interior wall paneling, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, and ceiling fan. Optional plans add solar panels and/or a special interior material that illuminates at night providing non-electrical lighting. With the use of our patent pending clamping mechanism, the base unit can be assembled within 2-3 hours by unskilled personnel. The unit is extremely durable and is built to withstand 90+ mph winds.
