Our 60/40 automated/manual assembly line allows us to produce high quality CSIPs (Concrete Structural Insulated Panel) for all of our floor plans which will easily ship to site for final assembly.

Phase 1 - Smart City Concept

Promote development of properties equipped with renewable energy, Li-Fi technology, energy efficient add-ons, and green space development. To manage the growing trend of smart cities

Phase 2 - Manufacturing

We will oversee the manufacture and delivery of Li-Fi ready LED lights and modulators, as well as raising the necessary towers to bring OLTOD to our smart cities, not excluding pre-existing cities in need of quality Internet.

Phase 3 - Wide Scale Lighting Upgrades

To date, there are presently over 50 billion incandescent lights which need replacing in the U.S. alone. Lights such as these lose energy to heat and thus contribute to warming factors in their immediate environment

Phase 4 - The New Internet

At this stage, we can easily introduce the efficiencies afforded by Li-Fi technology to all sites with upgraded LED lighting. Users can enjoy reliable high speed internet in areas not previously equipped to handle gigabit (or even megabit) speeds.

Phase 5 - Alternative Energy

The last stage of the smart city concept comes as our energy efficient communities generate more energy than consumed via solar generation. Excess energy will be stored, as well as sold to spur more development into wind energy technologies as well as expanding the smart city concept worldwide.
